The Cuyahoga County Council is the governing body of the county government. There are 11 elected representatives from across the County. Council meetings are open to the public and take place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 5:00 pm. The Council makes policy decisions and is a link between government agencies and its citizens. It has legislative and taxing authority of the County.
